Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your package will be shipped on the next business day.

Our shipping rates are calculated directly from UPS.com. Your rate is based upon the distance from our shipping location and your address, taking into account the weight and dimensions of the product shipped. Probiotics requiring refrigeration will be shipped overnight with cold packs and insulated packaging to maintain a consistent temperature during transit. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. Aimstore.net holds no liability for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will notify the customer promptly upon receiving the returned package. The customer will have the option to provide a corrected shipping address and pay for reshipping charges.
