About: Rhodiola ( aka “Arctic Rose” & “Roseroot”) grows naturally in wild Arctic regions of Europe, Great Britain, Asia and North America. Our first sighting was on the northern rocky coast of Maine, where the plants are watered by sea spray as well as rain. The golden-flowered plants were rooted in the rocks- happy in their bare environment. This is a plant that can also be grown as a ground cover in zones 3-8. Considered an adaptogen, the root has been used for many hundreds of years for supporting mental focus, physical endurance, productivity and fertility while addressing depression and fatigue.
Recommended Dosage: 30-40 drops OR 1/4 tsp, 3-4 times per day in juice or water. Children under 12 take half the adult dosage. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources.
